When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We do our best to ship within 1-2 weeks. We are doing our best to ship as quickly as possible.
Canada Post is currently experiencing higher-than-average volumes due to COVID-19. We cannot say for sure when your package will arrive. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches due to the high volume of orders received.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not select tracked shipping, we have no way of knowing your package's location or estimated delivery time once it is in the hands of Canada Post. Canada Post is experiencing long delays due to COVID-19 and an increase in online shopping, so please expect some delays.

Do you ship internationally?
We only offer shipping to Canada and the USA at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shopmarieandme.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shopmarieandme.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
